Pico Genesis uses cutting edge technology to provide a highly effective laser treatment for the skin. It combines the benefits of the three wavelengths delivered in ultra-short pulses (picoseconds and nanoseconds) to remodel deeper layers of the skin to create a flawless, glowing and rejuvenated finish. This laser treatment is suitable for a wide range of skin conditions, such as melasma, pigmentation, acne scarring and ice pick scarring. Unlike other traditional laser treatments, there is much less risk of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation.

Our Pico Fractional laser treatment is a revolutionary skin treatment solution to eradicate unwanted pigmentation, brown spots and tones, and rejuvenates the skin. This treatment isn’t the most comfortable, but the results are worth it! We aim to make this treatment as comfortable as possible using a zimmer to cool down the skin during treatment, if you are extremely sensitive you may also opt for a topical anaesthetic to be applied prior to treatment. This treatment requires 1 week down time so ensure to leave enough time before any special event.

What is the difference between Q-Switched (Nano second) & Pico (Picosecond)?

The primary difference is in the pulse duration. PicoFractional Laser pulse duration is about 100 times shorter than that of a nanosecond laser. This capability enables Picosecond lasers to their job more efficiently, as compared to Q-switched or nanosecond lasers.
