NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to your appointment to complete your client form.

APPOINTMENT ETIQUETTE

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late arrivals. We will do our best to accommodate our clients, where possible, or offer the next available appointment time. If you are driving, please allow more than adequate time for traffic and parking.

  • It is our salon policy that children cannot attend appointments with you. This is for your child’s safety and the comfort of other clients.

  • Semi-permanent brow appointments are performed in private rooms in which only yourself and the Brow Artist are permissible to be present.

  • We kindly ask that you are mindful of your space and limit the use of your phone or silent your electronic devices during your service to ensure you and other guests have an enjoayble experience at our clinic.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

non-refundable booking fee is due at the time of booking  to secure your appointments.

Online bookings; These fees go towards your treatment costs. Please be aware that any cancellations within 24 hrs  or no shows will be charged the full service fee. We ask that you please respect our terms and conditions as they have been put in place to minimise no shows, or reschedules.

We have limited appointments available from day to day and can affect our daily runnings in the clinic as well as limits clients from being able to book services in on particular days. If you need to adjust your appointment please let us know at your earliest convenience to ensure you are not being charged.

We understand that Life happens. Which could sometimes result in you running late for an appointment. Unfortunately, if one client is late it affects our whole schedule for the day. Therefore, we reserve the right to deny service to anybody who arrives 15+ minutes past their scheduled appointment.  Denied services due to you running late, not showing nor calling will be charged 100% of the service fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We strongly encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please familiarize yourself with the location. Please allow time for weather, traffic, distance and parking.

If you have previous eyebrow tattoo and are interested in cover-up /correction you MUST email us a clear photo of your eyebrows PRIOR to booking and disclose this to our team prior to attending your appointment. Failure to do so may result in an additional appointment/ booking fee..
We CANNOT guarantee results for cover-up/corrective work.  If previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured, or large – a tattoo removal is highly recommended with us before booking in for a new cosmetic tattoo appointment to achieve best results. If laser tattoo removal is advised by your cosmetic tattooist. A cosmetic tattoo removal program will be advised  for you prior to receiving a new cosmetic tattoo procedure or cover up at our clinic. Please be advised no tattooing will be done until the area is completely healed. A thorough consultation is done prior to ensure you are on the right treatment plan to obtain optimal results.
Any existing tattoos not done at bySTELLA previously will require a consult prior to booing in for a full procedure. You can book in a 30min virtual consultation via our online store if you cannot get to our clinic. Please send clear photos and inform us prior to booking in for a cosmetic tattoo  procedure.
Cover up/Corrective work generally require multiple sessions for best results and will be charged accordingly.
Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone or reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician but other clients as well.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 48-hour (2day) notice is mandatory to ensure we are able to transfer this fee onto another preferred day. If you DO NOT call with a minimum of 48-hour notice you will  automatically forfeit your deposit and be charged the full service fee.

Cosmetic Tattooing booking deposits and payments are non-refundable. You can reschedule by contacting our reception desk at 1300 001 218.

If you choose to cancel you will automatically forfeit your booking fee. Please read our policy for any contradictions before you book. If you neglect to do so and show up with any condition that makes you an unsuitable candidate we will refuse service and you will lose your deposit. All Cosmetic Tattoo booking fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your first touch up/perfection visit needs to be completed 4-8 weeks after your initial visit. This touchup visit is crucial for obtaining the best results for your procedure. During this visit we are able to adjust colour, perfect or build up your brows once fully healed. Colour is designed to soften as your brows heal. By attending your touch up appointment we can ensure you are happy with your investment!

It is important that you schedule your touchup appointment as soon as possible to ensure it is scheduled within the 4-8 week window.  Please note that all appointments require a non-refundable deposit.

***Additional touch-up appointments may be needed for oily, problematic skin, those with dark pigmented skin and people who do not follow after care instructions properly at an additional fee.

 

Please note: Cosmetic Tattooing is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client, and due to the nature of the procedure, NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although our technicians give their best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all pre and post care instructions is crucial!

Pre Care Instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessive bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment colour and lead to poor results.

Brows are NOT meant to stay as dark as they initially appear immediately after procedure. Your brows are gradually and continuously getting lighter as your skin is always naturally regenerating and exfoliating itself. Colour refresh/ boosts are recommended to keep your brows looking their best. We recommend 1-1.5 yearly touchups for bests results.

All initial consultation appointments or consultations regarding a new treatment will require a prepaid fee of $95, redeemable against retail products on the day or against a treatment service within the first month of your consultation. This is likely to include a VISIA complexion analysis, which allows a quantitative analysis of your skin problems. If the client fails to attend a booked appointment and doesn’t give the required notice (as below) the $95 fee will be forfeited.

Our extensive range of medical grade  skin care products for use at home, and our medical grade treatments are carefully selected to ensure that we deliver only the best treatments to you. Beautiful skin doesn’t just happen, it takes the right advice and your commitment. Many medical grade lasers require adequate skin preparation prior to having the treatments to achieve the best result and minimise potential complications following the treatments.

All laser treatments costing more than $300 require a 30% deposit on booking.

If the client doesn’t attend the booking and doesn’t give 48 hours’ notice the deposit will be forfeited. If the treatment has been prepaid as a part of a discount package no extra deposit is required, however failure to attend and give the required notice (as listed above) will result in a significant penalty – for most treatments the penalty is loss of that day’s treatment.

All prepaid packages and specials are non-transferable or refundable and have an expiry date. Please read the information about the individual deal regarding expiry dates, as these cannot be extended.

All purchases of treatments/products accrue Loyalty Reward Points which can be used to get a discount on future visits. They can be used in conjunction with any treatment/product and treatment packages.
